Negotiation & Litigation Services for Government Contractors

Attorneys Michael Brown (of DVG Law Partner) and Vonda Vandaveer (of V.K. Vandaveer P.L.L.C. in Washington, DC) work together to represent clients who are contractors and subcontractors for U.S. Government contracts or state-government contracts.

We’ve helped our contractor-clients, from across the U.S. and internationally, work through disputes and achieve large successes via negotiations and litigation. We have identified legal options and recoverable money for many of our clients that they previously had not identified and/or had not been been able to recover via their own efforts.

Free Phone Consultation

To schedule a free (30-minute) phone consultation, please email attorney Vonda Vandaveer (vonda@vkvlaw.com).

If you arrange a consultation call with us, during the call we would discuss and evaluate your situation. We would identify viable legal options (if any) that could potentially improve your situation that could potentially be pursued, with or without an attorney. If we offer to represent you as a client for further legal work (e.g. to assist you with contract negotiations, an appeal and/or litigation), then we would discuss our offered options and fee terms. There is no obligation to you; you could simply decide whether or not you wish to retain us, per the option(s) offered.

Cost- Effective Legal Fees (Including Contingency- Options With Low- or Zero- Out of Pocket Fees)

We strive to provide cost-effective representation. We provide our contractor-clients with fee options that are flexible, affordable and have limited out-of-pocket payments compared to fees most lawyers typically charge.  Many of our client-cases have had contingency- or reduced- fee arrangements in which our clients pay low or zero out of pocket- money toward our fees; in such matters, our fees are based (largely or entirely) on success, and are paid as a percentage of government- money recovered for our clients.
